Abstract

A brand that invests in good relationships with employees and collaborators is more likely to grow and stand out in the market. Put this way, this study seeks to assess the foundations of a great corporate culture and the importance of motivating employees to the point of making them feel part of the business. After the analysis of theoretical concepts, an exploratory study is presented, through in-depth interviews with employees of an asphalt paving company in Taquaritinga/SP, whose objective is to verify how they feel when working in the company and what makes them feel motivated. What we see is that the more the managers invest in a good corporate culture and in a good relationship with their team, the greater the potential for the company to progress, both in terms of market share, but above all in its image of credibility in front of its audiences.
