Abstract

Technological advances have guided society as a whole and have been responsible for the transformation, knowledge and growth of many sectors of society. These advances have caused profound changes in society, and have had a considerable impact on some sectors. One of the greatest technological developments is Artificial Intelligence (AI), a discovery that has brought great advances to society, especially in areas such as medicine or that use technologies to their advantage, such as in the case of Banking Institutions. However, it is necessary to understand that although AI emerged with the aim of making services faster, safer and more effective, it does not always reach everyone, as many people do not have access to technology or do not know how to use it. The objective of this study is to highlight the perspectives of AI in the use of banking transactions, highlighting aspects of the lack of accessibility for many to these technologies. The methodology used in the research is Literature Review. The results show the growing insertion of AI in various sectors of society, especially in Banking Institutions, which, as a way of making work more effective and safe, have invested in this technology, which, although highly efficient, does not reach the entire population.
