ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE X CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Abstract

The current situation involves the continuing reality that most companies, organizations and departments have experienced day after day, through the evolution of technology, advances and new forms of management in their internal and external spheres. Obtaining contacts and developments in new business, assertive and assisted planning, with superior and fast margin of control and current reality of the national and international market. The high destination of new forms of vision and service, has directly confronted companies to "adapt" and together aggregate new knowledge and methods, which in great ways has been seen and implemented with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning). That have long become indispensable in the smallest methods of manufacturing, distribution, negotiation among other functions in companies. However, in the face of the current reality, we face the insertion of these new methods among the high hierarchy and shop floor, where the item "culture", impacts in a certain concrete way on the acceptance and absorption of activity and changes, and with this real situation presented in our day to day, through data collection, studies directly linked from the factory floor, to the senior management, we have the necessary aspects for through the methodologies of continuous improvement, through the implantation of new software and tools the great objective of evolution as a group and keeping alive the energy presented within the organizations, but with the aim of presenting, integrating and unifying all the strength present in the professional field.
