Abstract

The objective of the work was to analyze the challenges of planning and achievements of SIPAT in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Work safety actions gained prominence during the pandemic because now, it is necessary to work on more diversified topics, in addition to those with which employees are used to. In addition, the way in which SIPAT is carried out has gained a new format. As many professionals started working in a home office system, and due to the need to avoid agglomerations, companies needed to innovate. After all, SIPAT is still mandatory, but security protocols must be followed. Therefore, one of the solutions has been to do it online. The literature review method allows including experimental and non-experimental research, obtaining a combination of empirical and theoretical data that can lead to the definition of concepts, identification of gaps in the study areas, review of theories and methodological analysis of studies on a particular topic. This method requires resources, knowledge and skills for its development.
