Abstract

The technology market has been growing over time, not only in Brazil, but in the around the world and with the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies have become more cautious, mainly with to the number of employees. However, a thing that has been maintained for a long time is the hiring models, being they: Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and Legal Entities (PJ). In this way, this study propose carry out an analysis of contract models, focusing in CLT and PJ, seeking to understand the essence each other of them, their advantages and differences and an analysis of sites, about job vacancies in the Information Technology (IT) area, where companies can disclose vacancies, and get new candidates. Methodologically, it was considered bibliographical research and practical research where programming resources were used for the analysis of the collected data. We realized that both the CLT model and PJ have their advantages and disadvantages, such as: the CLT has many benefits, but the salary has discounts, while the PJ salary hasn’t discounts, but the professional hasn’t benefits. We identified through practical research the increase of companies seeking to hire IT professionals through the PJ modality. Finally, we realized that the best type of hiring depends directly on the objective of the IT professional, as both the CLT and the PJ modality present opportunities for action.
