Nowadays society is influenced by new technologies, culminating in ethical issues that never existed, in addition to being a connected society for years. Algorithms have long been present in our lives. At all times, when we have contact with a technological solution, we ask ourselves how the decisions of the applications that use these algorithms are generated. These computational procedures are widely used by governments around the world, when the State, regardless of the sphere, is activated to supply the population's needs. Thus, in many moments automated decisions guided by AI - Artificial Intelligence will be used. In this approach, we will focus on the transparency of the algorithms and describe how this topic is addressed in other countries.
