Abstract

With technological advancements, the complexity of human resource management and the competitiveness of the job market, it has become crucial to adopt a more strategic approach to understand the immense volume of data generated today and to use it practically within organizations. In this scenario, the use of Data Science (DS), applied in People Analytics, emerges as an essential tool in the context of HR 5.0, which combines advanced technologies with people management. HR 5.0, a concept developed from Industry 5.0, places the human being at the center of decisions, using data analysis to improve both efficiency and employee experience. Therefore, this study aims to explore the concepts mentioned, their relationships and the benefits generated in real companies. The methodology includes bibliographic and documentary research, as well as the analysis of practical case studies that demonstrate how the application of these technologies can generate valuable insights for organizations, making them more competitive, innovative, and efficient. It is expected to contribute to the literature and to companies in the utilization of these concepts.
