PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL AT WORK: STUDY CARRIED OUT IN A SUPERMARKET

Nowadays, assessments of individuals' behavior in the organizational environment are fundamental, psychological capital is the secret that many successful professionals feel like. This article aims to analyze a qualitative and quantitative study on the psychological capital of workers in a supermarket. First, a bibliographical study was carried out on the importance of psychological capital in the work environment and the four positive psychological capabilities (self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience). Then the scale “psychological capital inventory at work” ((icpt-25) was applied, with 25 sentences to be completed by employees with 5 variations from completely disagree to completely agree. Then the data were analyzed with the aid of statistics, having as a result the average score levels are high in 03 of the 04 dimensions and the resilience dimension with average result. Therefore the company has a good relationship with its employees since they are happy and or happy with their work.
