Abstract

This project aims to develop a process work instruction manual (IT) for the production sector of the company NCA Congelados (TroppiGold) located in the city of Monte Alto - SP, as there is a lot of difficulty in standardizing the process on the part of company employees because they miss a good working method to be followed. Seeking to use the PDCA tool to develop the work instruction manual so that there is conformity and standardization in the company's production process, so that it can perfect tasks and time during all stages of the company's production process. In order to elaborate it, the daily work of employees in the productive sector and managers was monitored to assess the best way to develop certain practices for the production of Açaí and fruit creams so that they have a process standard to be followed, improving the quality of the product produced.
