The importance of training in the labor market for young people and adults

Abstract

This study's main objective was to analyze the importance of professionalization for the job
market. The research was carried out using a questionnaire applied to former students of a school specializing in professional courses, in a city in the interior of São Paulo. The questions were prepared after a literary review, then forwarded to participants for data collection. As a result, it was possible to observe the reasons that led people with different characteristics to train, and evaluate whether this training expanded their job possibilities after completion. It is concluded after the research that training courses played a fundamental role in preparing professionals and expanded opportunities for a constantly evolving and highly competitive job market. It is noted that professionalization not only benefits individuals, improving their career prospects, but also contributes significantly to the success of organizations. By investing in qualification, companies can count on more qualified and adaptable teams, capable of effectively facing the challenges of the current business scenario. This study highlights the relevance of investing in learning for young people and adults, a smart strategy for both professionals looking for growth and institutions seeking superior performance.
