Abstract

 Demand and competitiveness are making it challenging to produce good quality products in current times. Thus, the high in creativity and investment makes its producers have to have quality and efficiency. For the process of a software product there are basic requirements for good quality, such as: good performance, adaptable to specific needs, easy to use and without defects. So this article aims to show that with a good project management with deadlines and schedules from the beginning to the end of production tends to have quality, because it is essential that the software is effective, reliable and follows the requirements.
